PicFoot is a mobile application (coming soon) that will enable users to:

• Create and organize travel journeys
• Add memories with photos, locations, and descriptions
• Share journeys with others through secure links
• Access premium features through subscription

Currently, this website provides information about PicFoot and allows you to join our launch notification list.

2a. Subscriptions and Refund Rights (for the future app)

The contractual relationship for subscriptions exists between the user and Apple or Google, not directly with us. We only receive information from Apple/Google to enable premium features.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple's refund policy applies. For more information, please visit: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223

For subscriptions through Google Play, Google's refund policies apply.

Subscription cancellations are managed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Subscription prices are as indicated in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, including all applicable taxes.

3. Newsletter Service

By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate email and name information
• Receive emails about PicFoot updates and launch announcements
• Not use the service for spam or illegal purposes

Newsletter delivery is handled by our service provider Loops.so. By signing up, you consent to the processing of your data by this provider. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link provided in each email.

4. Intellectual Property

My Property

The website and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by me and protected by intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the website
